Good Morning All, I am already busy doing things, I need to go to the post office and to Kroger's, Then later we will head to Bloomington, for a hockey game. I want to finish cleaning the back bedroom this morning too.

This week has gone kind of slow for me!!!!! Just chillin and getting ready to fly to Chicago Saturday morning! I'm spending eleven days with my Vinnie playing Grammy!!!!!! I hope I have the energy running after a one year old!!!!!!
She is gone to be a flower girl in her Aunts wedding in the 18th! We have to go searching for white dress shoes! I was going to get them in Florida but I really needed her feet with me!
So I think a trip to Woodfield is in the picture on Monday! Grammy loves to spend money on her bsby!
So tell me how your Friday is going? Mine right now is calling for sime zzzzzzzzzz's It is 1249am

All I am doing today is chilling, getting stuff ready to be packed to take to the Burgoo Festival in Utica on Sunday,some laundry, and get ready for the last play of our summer theater season tonight.
I may venture out to go to the bank, and the store, but that will be all.
I am also trying to purge stuff. We have been in this house since 1975, so there is alot of stuff we really don't need.

Moving along in my world of purging. I emptied ten bins of Christmas decorations last night. I need more cardboard boxes. It is all going to the resale shop after Nov 1 because that is when they put out the Christmas display near the door. So, at this point I just have all of it set on an 8' long table. I know people mean well by giving hostess gifts . . . but after 25 years of having parties you get a lot of things that just are not your taste in decorating. I all along felt that I needed to keep it and put it out for the next year's party. Some of it was my own purchases also - like Nativity Sets. I think I have close to 25 of them in different styles and sizes. I am keeping a ceramic one my sister made for me and a couple smaller one piece wood carved sets.
We are going to McHenry to the Powers-Walker house in the county conservation area after I get off of work. They are having an evening fall themed open house. It is a living history house.
Yeah! A three day week-end coming up for me. Not to lounge around though as I need to pull the spent flowers from the containers and then we are going to the parade on Monday in Chi-town.

Hello everyone
I'm at work and I am happy to say that tomorrow I will be off to Michigan!! I can't wait. I actually have to train my boss on my job. Can you believe that. So if I find any mistakes maybe I can yell at her the way she yells at me???
Anyway I have last minute things to do before tomorrow and then I am gone like the wind!!!

Hubert woke me up this morning to see the eclipse. Awesome.
Having my favorite breakfast, a scoop of cottage cheese, with a sprinkle of cinnimon sugar (fake) and a coupe of tablespoons of granola on it. protein, crunch and sweet all together.
I am going to leave early this morning, I want to stop at Walmart before I go to work. This evening we are going out to dinner, then home to watch some tv. I am off the next 4 days.

Hi, I've had a hard time signing on here today.
We were so busy at the store today, you'd have thought it was a Saturday! We had a class going on and about 6 people in for help as well as new shoppers--what a zoo! Iwas wanting to go to bed at seven, but Im still up at ten. I want to see the eclipse in the AM but will I get up--who knows?
It sounds like everyone is healthy and at least coping with life's trials. I'm just glad to be healthy enough to do what I love--knit!
